Account Executive

Are you passionate about Sales? Seeking an interesting role, where you will provide strategic account management, interface with mid to high level executive customer engagement?Then we would like to hear from you!
We are looking for candidates that have had previous experience in sales management and managing the end to end sales process. This involves ensuring that the solution is prepared, the appropriate resources are engaged, that customer proposals are developed and delivered, and conducting regular reviews to achieve appropriate customer satisfaction.

The Role

To generate revenue by utilising products and services to help customers communicate with their customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve revenue, sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Developing and closing sales opportunities in line with the account strategic direction
- Bring on new corporate and SME clients nationally and managing the sales cycle from end-to-end
- Meeting KPI's and working towards/exceeding sales budgets
- Utilising a solution sales approach, focused around our strategic product set (e.g. IP Telephone Systems, Unified Communications, Video Conferencing)
- Engaging in commercial, business level and moderately technical ICT discussions to support and educate customers on technologies

Skills & Experience

- Superior skills and demonstrated business success in B2B sales
- Experience with innovative strategic solution and services selling
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Result oriented, strong determination to succeed with a “can-do” attitude
- Capability to understand and balance commercial, financial and technological implications of a situation in making business decisions 

 

Desirable

- Tertiary Qualifications in business or ICT
- Creating and maintaining customer as well as operational relationships
- Experience with innovative strategic solution and services selling
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to work in teams
